About Ronny Mercedes:
Ronny Mercedes is a Latino-American singer, songwriter, actor, and “La Voz US” (The Voice) finalist winning the hearts of millions with his rendition of “Lagrimas,” and former lead vocalist of the 2x Latin Billboard and Grammy nominee bachata group Voz A Voz. Recently, last September 2022, one of Ronny’s dream came true as he was asked to perform at the Latin Billboard alongside Pop Icon Christina Aguilera. Ronny is also an actor and can be seen on numerous tv shows like Blue Bloods, One Life To Live, The Riveras Reality Show, Law & Order and NY Broadway Musical Stages (i.e. Magpie).
Ronny was born and raised in Bronx, New York to Dominican father and Honduran mother. He started singing at the age of 3 to Mariachi, Boleros, Ballads, Salsa, Pop/R&B tunes, and has been performing since the age of 7. He attended a NY performing arts high school, where he studied Classical and Gospel music. He is skilled in English, Spanish, and Italian languages, and is classically trained in opera.
Ronny continues to record new music for his audience in between concerts and promo tours with his message, “Be Light where there is darkness!” (RM).
