About the Class:
CNC can be a very controversial topic even within kink spaces, and this class is meant to be a space where we can have conversations about the benefits and impacts of CNC within an educational container. Although CNC can involve a wide variety of dynamics, we will be focusing on abduct*on play, r*pe play, and power dynamics within CNC.
Nikita and Lola Jean will dive into ways in which CNC can help us heal and live out our fantasies.

In this class you will learn how to:
- types of scenes and creation for consensual non-consent
- why people are drawn to CNC and possible benefits or outcomes- common concerns surrounding CNC- negotiating CNC scenes
- other elements of kink on how they intersect with CNC
- physiological responses during CNC play
- risks of perceptions in harm & safety and risk assessment
- the difference between CNC, consent violations, and when the two collide- post scene digestion and aftercare
About Your Instructors
Nikita Fernandes (she/her) is a certified sex therapist and psychotherapist located in New York City. She lives at the intersections of various identities such as being an immigrant, south asian, queer, neurodivergent and poly. Nikita navigates the sex positive scene as a sexual health educator as well as a fellow human being. Her work lies in empowering people with marginalised identities to cultivate mindful relationships with their sexuality. Nikita has worked with multiple kinky individuals and poly couples in New York City and has been featured in Cosmopolitan, GQ, and Huff post. Lola Jean (she/they) is a sex educator, fetish wrestler, and world record holder for volume squirting. Follow her at @lolajeandotcom.
