Why the rebrand? Most know the true value in the day is in the talks and the networking. The value from that alone is huge. But others get hung up on "awards", thinking if they're not nominated it's not a place for them. Education and networking aside, its a great day out for the team to help show more about the industry, with a backdrop of a beautiful venue and live performances from awesome up-and-coming live musicians we scout Instagram for.

- Simon Zutshi - experienced investor, successful entrepreneur and best-selling author
- Suzanne Smith - The Independent Landlady, an ex-lawyer who is currently becoming an absolute master on the Renters Rights Bill
- Athena Dobson - Founder of Girls in Property, and a great property and mindset coach.
More than ever before this event will be one you shouldn't miss. It will be happening at exactly the right time, too, with the Renters Rights Bill coming live and creating chaos.
