About this Event
This Masterclass is for HIVE Community members and all HGSE students who are interested in building and joining Education and EdTech-focused ventures (i.e. for-profit, not-for-profit and social enterprises).
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about some of the key concepts and insights from Dr James P. Honan's joint HGSE and HKS course "Strategic Finance for Non-profit Leaders" covering topics such as Financial Management, Budgeting and Resource Allocation, and most importantly, managing Money-Mission Alignment as a social mission-driven organization.
