At Hit Tha Mat, we take a holistic approach to well-being, focusing on aligning your mind, body, and spirit. Led by 2x national Champion , you'll learn the fundamentals of boxing- including combinations, footwork, stance, bobbing, weaving, and blocking. of Sol Soul Sole Yoga will guide you to find the natural fluidity of your movement, practicing breath-controlled and linked movement to cultivate inner strength and peace.

This high-energy, invigorating class includes moments of mindfulness and ends with a guided meditation, suitable for beginners, seasoned yogis, boxing enthusiasts, and those looking to try something new.
