History Talks presents historian Bob Sheppard's "Rock Rest and the Legacy of the Sinclair Family"

Join us for "History Talks," a new lecture series featuring expert speakers sharing the stories of local people and places in Maine's oldest town. In February, Bob Sheppard will explore Rock Rest and the legacy of the Sinclair Family, who ran a guest house offering a safe haven for people of color visiting New England for over two decades.
Members of the Kittery Historical & Naval Society can attend free of charge. For non-members, a suggested donation of $5 is encouraged. Become a member and attend all lectures in the series for free.
