History of the Philippines Tasting Menu

Our seven course tasting menu will walk you through the history of the Philippines as an introduction to Filipino cuisine.

From native fruits, root crops, and fish to the influences of Spain, Mexico, China, India, Japan, and the United States, all have shaped Pinoy cuisine.

Many are drawn to the familiarity and then become enamored by the unique combinations of sour and sweet in the adaptation to local cooking techniques and flavors.

Limited to 15 seats each night. Dinner served at 6pm. $150 / person. Option for Drink Pairing.
