Just in time for Halloween, Dr. Nancy Locklin-Sofer will be discussing her research on The Night Marauder: East Tennessee’s Serial Killer from 1919-1926. The case remains unsolved though several men were tried as suspects. One suspect was tried three times in Maryville, in sensational cases that attracted attention from newspapers across the nation.
