Join us as we host History for Lunch on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 12 p.m. in the Gaither Auditorium. Chris Barber will provide insight into the complications of enforcing Prohibition in a rural and remote area where liquor was transported by both boat and automobile, some of it along the Atlantic seaboard to Norfolk, Virginia and beyond.
