Historical talk at the Kurilpa Commons: The "Green Bans" in QLD

Join us Saturday 29th at 3:30pm for a gathering at the Kurilpa Commons, where radical historian Jeff Rickertt will provide another historical talk, this time about the "Green Bans" within QLD.
Recently, we screened 'Rocking the Foundations' at the commons, which documented the NSW Builders Labourers Federation strike actions against the environmental destruction of inner-city parklands and historical buildings in the 1970s. This talk will be a focus on the history of this movement within the QLD context.
