Since Monroe has become a social district, we decided to embrace the beautiful town where we live, work and play. Led by art teacher/artist Shelly Pentecost and artist Maddie Bulhak, you will choose a historic photo and embellish it with fall 🍂🍁 or spooky 👻🎃🦇🧛 themes. We have curated multiple photographs of our Historic Monroe District.
