Tickets are $35 a person and include Mountain Man Burger Bar, regular and sweet potato fries, coleslaw and dessert. Lunch lectures run from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. with lunch to follow.
Sunday dinner lectures will be $70 per person and include a prix fixe menu of a Shrimp and Grits, The Fort's Signature Salad, seasonal vegetables, and Pomegranate Panna cotta for dessert. Dinner lectures run from 6-7 p.m. with dinner to follow.

A native of Missouri, he holds an MA in American Studies from the University of Wyoming and lives with his family at the foot of Pikes Peak.
