Instruction will include best practices and safe techniques for re-setting stones which have leaned or fallen and professional repair techniques and tips for the individual or group that wants a repair that endures the test of time.

***The repair methods and materials will be based on the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (AIC) and the U.S. Secretary of the Interior’s Standards, including the standards of the National Center for Preservation Technology and Training (NCPTT) of the National Park Service (NPS), along with the standards of the Texas Historical Commission and the Association of Gravestone Studies.
