Historic Germantown is thrilled to announce that the 2023 Historic Germantown Hall of Fame!
The Hall of Fame, established by the Germantown Historical Society in 1994, celebrates the achievements of individuals who have contributed to the rich cultural history and community of our beloved neighborhood, and beyond. This year we honor three individuals - Barbara Bullock, Acclaimed Artist, Educator and Mentor; The Honorable Stephen Kinsey, State Representative, Distinguished Policy Maker & Community Advocate; and Sharmain Matlock-Turner, CEO of the Urban Affairs Coalition & Trailblazing Civic Leader - all who embody the extraordinary skills and talents that significantly contribute to the civic, educational, and artistic fabric of our community.
