Enjoy a leisurely Saturday morning exploring the gardens of Azalea Park and historic homes in Downtown Summerville. The Garden Stroll will kick off with a sneak peek of the forthcoming Children’s Discovery Garden located in Azalea Park. This innovative garden, implemented and led by the 2024 Leadership Dorchester Class, will feature a variety of nature, music and art-inspired pieces. After taking in all that Azalea Park has to offer, walk or golf cart shuttle to four nearby historic homes for an exclusive opportunity to tour their private gardens. Each garden will welcome you with live music, refreshments and lite hors d’oeuvres as you immerse yourself in the surrounding architecture and gardens. Ticket proceeds benefit the Leadership Dorchester Class of 2024 service project, the Azalea Park Children’s Discovery Garden. Opportunities to donate to specific garden installations will also be available.
