The Historic Downtown Asheboro Ghostwalk and Ghost Ride is back! GHOSTWALK is a walking tour of the downtown Asheboro area. Tour guides share spooky, yet historically accurate stories about Asheboro and the people who lived here. The walking tours are Oct. 7, Oct. 14 & Oct. 21 at 7PM & 8:30PM.
Tours last approximately 1 hour and originate from the Cultural & Recreation Services office located at 241 Sunset Avenue.
GHOSTRIDE is similar to the walk, however, more ground is covered and more stories are told! We will ride around downtown Asheboro on a climate-controlled trolley with tour guides sharing spooky, yet historically accurate stories about Asheboro and the people who lived here.
Trolley tours are Oct. 28 & Oct. 30 at 7PM & 8:30PM. The riding tours originate from the Asheboro Farmers' Market located at 134 S Church St.
