Oxnard's prestigious Carnegie, formerly a library when constructed and most recently an art museum, needs to be honored by us as painters. We hope to influence the city to reopen it for all to enjoy so please come and choose a spot within Plaza Park that could include the Pagoda, or possibly across the street to get great angles on one or both structures.
