Join the City of Lynn for a Hispanic Heritage Month Flag Raising and Procession with flags that represent the Hispanic/Latino diaspora in Lynn!The parade will begin at the City Hall front steps, go around the Lynn Common, and end at the City Hall front steps for a brief speaking program and flag raising. Small flags will also be provided to participants.
