*Responsibilities:*

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking shelves.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, including designers, fabrics, and styling tips.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including window displays and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve store goals and objectives.
*Requirements:*
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a boutique or specialty store environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
