Your hips are at the center of almost everything you do—walking, climbing stairs, balancing, even standing tall. This 6-week course is designed to help you build stronger bones, improve hip stability, and restore mobility so you can move with confidence, strength, and ease.
Each week you’ll explore exercises and practices to:
