Meet Neha!
Neha is A Yoga Alliance registered teacher with over 200 (RYT 200) hours of yoga training, mindfulness, yin, and restorative yoga specialization. She is also a NASM-certified flexibility coach and is at present pursuing 300Hr Yoga therapy certification. She teaches stretch/chair yoga and therapeutic movement classes at various senior community centers and senior living in the Bay Area. She is also a breath work and guided meditation facilitator and teaches group and private yoga classes at her home studio, Move Well Space
She is passionate about healing and improving joint mobility, range of motion, and functional fitness through movement of the body and stillness of the mind. She aims to create a safe space in her practice, inviting her students to live more in their bodies and less in their minds by connecting with their breath, authentic selves. Her classes are a fusion of yoga (asanas, pranayama, and meditation), static stretches, somatic movements, self-massage, and self-care practices.
