Join Bronwen for a yoga-style workshop where we will focus on hip opening poses:+ why we do them
+ how to do them
+ what to expect from them
During the workshop, Bronwen will lead us in education on the science behind how our hips hold stress and emotion. Following, she will lead a meditation and then a yoga class suitable for all ages + stages of yogis, focused on preparing your body for release and softening into your hips.
