The Health Improvement Partnership of Santa Cruz County (HIP) invites our community to its 2024 Community Forum: Celebrating 20 Years of Collaboration. The forum will be held in person on Thursday, September 12th, 9:30 am – 12:00 pm at the Monarch Room, Seacape Golf Club in Aptos, CA. Refreshments will be served.
This year’s forum celebrates HIP's 20th anniversary bringing the healthcare community together in collaboration. During the forum, attendees will hear from a panel of HIP's founding members about the genesis of the nonprofit and reflect on its accomplishments over 20 years.
