I fell in love with fitness at a young age and have fell deeper in love with fitness as an adult! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor from Houston who teaches Hip Hop Step Aerobics known as Marshé Steps.
My unique and creative style of teaching step will inspire you to get to moving and burn calories! Hip Hop Step with Marshé is an intense, high energy, sweat dripping class that steps to Hip Hop music.
