The event will showcase multiple hip hop elements, concurrent panels and workshops, and special guests. The conference agenda will be posted as soon as it is ready.
The block party will feature performances from local and national artists. We will showcase several talented DJs, MCs, hip hop dancers, and visual artists. Panels will feature presentations and discussions with leading hip hop scholars and artists. Panels will include discussions on hip hop & mental health, women & hip hop, hip hop & HBCUs... as well as intergenerational conversations with hip hop artists and activists.
