Deadline for registration is September 25th, 2025.

Doors open at 11:30am.
**❗️Registration will NOT be available the day of the event.
You must pre-register.
👑 Pageant One: 12pm-2pm
Baby Miss: 0-12 months
Toddler Miss: 13-24 months
Tiny Miss: 2-3 years
Little Miss: 4-6 years
Junior Miss: 7-9 years
👑 BOYS:
Baby Mister: 0-3 years
Petite Mister: 4-6 years
Little Mister: 7-9 years
👑👑 Pageant Two: 3pm-5pm
Preteen Miss: 10-12 years
Teen Queen: 13-15 years
Miss Queen: 16-20 years
Ms. (Unmarried and/or children/ 18+)
Mrs. (Married 18+)

❗️❗️RULES ❗️❗️
1. Contestants can reside in any county in the state of West Virginia.
*ALL CONTESTANTS MUST BE THEIR SPECIFIED AGE BY OCTOBER 1ST.
❗️Contestants ARE eligible to participate in other pageant contests but we would appreciate our queen and kings representing their titles at train days.
2. Contestant applications and registration fees must be received by the deadline, September 25th, 2025. Forms and fees can be mailed or delivered to REACHH-FRC. NO ENTREES WILL BE ACCEPTED after the deadline. REACHH-FRC is NOT responsible for entry forms that may be lost or delayed in transit by method of shipping.
3. Contestants are allowed in the dressing room 30 minutes before their pageant. Contestants need to be lined up and ready 10 minutes prior to start of their allotted pageant time. We want to be able to start on time for each pageant.
❗️TARDINESS CAN RESULT IN CONTESTANT BEING UNABLE TO COMPETE.
4. Outfits can be formal or casual with sparkle. This decision is at the contestants discretion.
5. Makeup is allowed but should be age appropriate and used with discretion.
6. REACHH-FRC is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of contestants.
7. Contestants and families are to treat Summers County High School facility with upmost respect and clean up after yourself when the event is over.
8. Fair and impartial judges are chosen by thr pageant committee. Contestants and / or parents are not to approach the judges at any time. Their decision will be final. Score sheets will NOT be made available.
9. Only the contestant will be given a ticket for free admission. Attendees 5 and older must pay door admission of $5. Children under the age of 4 will be permitted to enter for FREE but must remain with an adult at all times!
10. No formal rehearsals will be held before the pageant.
