Sai Gaana Saraswathi, Vidushi. Uma Kumar
A third-generation Carnatic musician, Vidushi. Uma Kumar is an accomplished singer with a distinguished career spanning across the globe. Her music has captivated audiences in Canada, Switzerland, India, South Africa, France, the USA, and the UK. In this concert, she will present an ABHANG recital featuring a diverse repertoire of songs dedicated to Lord VITTHAL and RAKHUMAI.

Sri. Venkataraman SU, a multifaceted musician, has a deep understanding of both Carnatic and Hindustani music. He received his training in Carnatic music, encompassing both vocal and violin, from the esteemed Smt. Savithri Satyamurthy. His upbringing in Bombay further enriched his musical journey by exposing him to the nuances of Hindustani music and a wealth of Marathi abhangs.
As a vocalist, Sri. Venkat has graced stages across the US and India, including a prominent appearance at the December Music Festival in Chennai. As a violinist, he has collaborated with numerous renowned artists, both in the US and those visiting from India. He has also been an integral part of dance arangetrams, providing exquisite musical accompaniment.
Sri. Venkat is deeply committed to preserving and sharing the rich heritage of Carnatic music. He has dedicated himself to teaching the rare Swaradevata kritis composed by Pujya Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji to many devotees. He is also a prolific composer, having created numerous bhajans and set to music a collection of Marathi Abhangs.

Sri Rajesh Bhat hails from a family steeped in musical tradition. He embarked on his tabla journey at a young age, receiving his initial tutelage from the accomplished Shri K. P Vinod. He continues to refine his skills under the guidance of two renowned gurus: Shri Sheshadri Iyengar from Karnataka and Shri Rupak Bhattacharjee from Kolkata.
A Vidwat graduate, Sri Rajesh has showcased his exceptional talent through captivating solo performances in Karnataka and Mumbai. He is a highly sought-after accompanist, having collaborated with a diverse range of artists, including vocalists and instrumentalists such as Santoor, Flute, Sitar, and Esraj.
Beyond his musical pursuits, Sri. Rajesh excels as a Staff Data Scientist at a prominent retail company.
