Come Michelle for a rejuvenating sound bath experience in the tranquil setting of Saltwonder Himalayan Salt Cave. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and experience deep relaxation.
What to Expect at the Sound Bath:
You’ll be guided into a meditative state using:
Crystal frosted singing bowls - to balance your energy and clear blockages
Gong – for deep cellular release and transformation
Chimes – to awaken lightness and clarity
Rain stick – to soothe and ground your nervous system

The session takes place inside a halotherapy salt cave, which amplifies the healing effects of sound through:

The space has been carefully designed for your comfort, with 8 zero-gravity chairs that allow you to fully relax into a weightless state, enhancing the sound bath experience.
The Zero gravity chairs are first come first serve. Please bring a yoga matt incase all chairs are taken and or if you prefer to lay on the ground.✨
