In this gathering, we will learn powerful ancestral practices that support balance, grounding, healing and well-being. You don’t need any prior experience—just come as you are. This is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be held in community.

Whether you are reconnecting with your roots or simply curious about traditional pre-colonial Filipino ways of healing, you are welcome here. May lakas ang sama-samang hilom. There is strength in healing together.
