Building on Plymouth’s reputation as a place to enjoy live music, the City of Plymouth will host a new free entertainment series – Hilde Nights – at the Hilde Performance Center,3500 Plymouth Blvd.
The series will showcase a variety of musical genres Friday evenings throughout the summer with the following lineup:
June 14, 6-10 p.m. – Parrothead Paradise, a Jimmy Buffett tribute show, offers classic tunes including “Margaritaville,” “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” “Brown Eyed Girl,” “Fins,” “Volcano,” and more.
July 19, 6:30-10 p.m. – Gen X Jukebox is set to perform a variety of radio hits from the ’90s while dressed as characters such as Courtney Love, Spice Girls, Britney Spears, Vanilla Ice and more.
Aug. 23, 6-10 p.m. – The Tim Sigler Band will take the Hilde stage, followed by country artist Chris Kroeze, runner-up from season 15 of NBC’s hit show “The Voice.”
Attendees should bring blankets or lawn chairs, as well as cash/credit for beverages and food truck purchases. For more information, visit plymouthmn.gov/specialevents.
