Hilary Pavey is known for her beautiful and well-crafted songs. Her intelligent and heartfelt lyrics tug at the heartstrings, captivating her listeners as they relate to her words; her clever use of lyrics and sometimes quirky songs bring warmth and humour to her performance.Jim Reynolds is a highly accomplished guitarist and singer who writes and plays an eclectic mix of music, tapping into blues, ragtime, rhythm and blues, music hall and folk traditions. Some are extremely sensitive songs about life, people and relationships, others are tongue in cheek.
Hilary and Jim’s reputation for entrancing audiences is well known. Their versatility is impressive, their humour delightful and their songs, both self-penned and covers, are superb. With wonderful guitar work and great voices, individually and together they are great performers.

Performance starts at 7.45 pm and end at 10.30 pm. The format is an open mic, followed by a spotlight, then the headline act.
Entry is £8 (cash only) and £3 for open mic performers. It is a BYO event. We will be selling tea and coffee.
There is some local street parking. Buses stop on Wells Road a few minutes walk away.
