What to Expect:
- Walking Meditation: Start your morning with a serene walking meditation through the beautiful vineyards.
- Outdoor Yoga: Followed by a refreshing outdoor yoga session.
- Wine Tasting: Top off your day with a glass of wine , included in your ticket price!
Be sure to bring your phone to capture fun moments!
Schedule:
- Check-in: Begins at 10:15 AM
- Class Start: Promptly at 10:30 AM
Parking & Meeting Spot:
- Plenty of parking is available to the left of the red barn, in front of the white fence.
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat (or towel/blanket) and carrier
- Water
- Sunscreen/Bug spray
- Comfortable, layered clothing and shoes suitable for hiking/walking (consider the weather and temperature)
Facilities:
- Restrooms are available in the tasting room.
