- Weather-appropriate clothing (think moisture-wicking and layers)

- Poop bags, treats, and water bowls if bringing pets

- Exploring our incredible hiking trails so you can later take friends, family, and clients

- While anyone is welcome, most of the attendees are Realtors or Real Estate adjacent
