Description
The Remerschen Lakes are a protected area that belongs to the Natura 2000 network. Located on the border between Luxembourg and Germany, this place that was once a sand extraction field, has become a nature reserve since 1998. We are going to make a pedestrian circuit that it is about 13 km long and has a great wealth of flora and fauna. In the middle of our adventure, we found a challenge with 580 steps. It will feel the reward to see such a splendid landscape, composed of vineyards and charming hills. Along our walk, you will have the opportunity to enter several birdwatching posts and observe the vegetation of moist soils.

For this walk, bring hiking clothing adapted to the season. Take water and an individual snack consisting of sandwiches, fruit or energy bars, among others.
