What to except from this 30-minute coach consult:
- Tour the Altitude Athletic Training facility - Toronto's first and the world's largest publicly-accessible altitude training gym.
- Step inside our high-tech altitude chamber, capable of simulating up to 11,000 ft elevation
- Meet with one of the Altitude coaches to discuss your goals, timeframe and fitness level. They'll help you learn about the best training options for you and plan next steps.
Sign up to one of the complimentary events offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, and our Altitude Coaching Team will reach out via email and find a time that works for you and one of our coaches on that day.
