Program:
Day 1, January 31st – Our first day is the “get together” day in a mountain village from Tara Barsei. Time for introduction and presentation of our weekend programme. Welcome drinks from our hosts and a wonderful dinner. Optional, a short walk around the village.
Day 2, February 1st
Option 1: loop walk/ snowshoe hike from Pestera to Magura village and back. Evening visit to Bran Castle (optional)
Option 2: alpine or ski touring introduction lessons from our ski guide: theory and practice.
Day 3, February 2nd
After breakfast we will have a transfer to Botorog fountain and start our trek to Curmatura hut. This a medium difficulty trek. Depending on the weather conditions, different options are possible.
