Sistas Go Hikin' - Hikin' for our health!!!
Departure: 7:15 am from Starbucks North Highlands
5345 Elk Horn Blvd, North Highlands, CA 95660
Meet in parking lot between Starbucks and EZ Stop. Approximately 45 minute commute from this locale. Consider carpooling or meet at the park.

Hike will start @ 8:30am.
$8 parking pass(all day) must me purchased online. Recommend purchasing pass early as you can not purchase at the park and it sells out quickly. Purchase pass at Hidden Falls Regional Park | Placer County, CA

5-6 miles
Elevation: 475
Rated: Moderate

Hiking Time: pace of 20-30 minutes per mile. Allow 3.5-4 hours for hike including stopping for a snack break.
Hiking Essentials:
Dress in moisture wicking clothes. Do not wear cotton clothing. Dress in layers as it will be cold.
Bring a snack , 2 liters of water, sun protection, a first aid kit.
Trail shoes/hiking boots or sturdy shoes
Hat and gloves
Dress in layers.
It's cold so bring a bring a sweat shirt/jacket/coat.
