Hikes for Healing- October 2024

Join Phoenix Shapers as we welcome back Hikes for Healing! Dedicated to fostering mental well-being, forging connections, and restoring the natural beauty of hiking trails. On Sunday, October 6th at 9:30 AM, we invite you to join us to hike Hayden Butte Trail at ASU A-Mountain.
Meet us at the Mission Palms North Parking Lot and get ready to explore the area with our experienced guides. We will be doing a brief 1 mile loop trail with a moderate elevation gain on Hayden Butte Trail. The terrain of the trail will be mostly rocky so bring proper footwear.
Once at the meeting spot and along the trails, we will engage in a collective effort to remove litter from the nature preserve and restore its pristine condition. Trash bags, buckets, gloves, and grabbers will be provided. Please bring your own water, and wear appropriate hiking attire and gear. Some supplies will be available on a limited basis such as sunscreen. Please note: Global Shapers Phoenix and City of Phoenix are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage sustained through this hike. We anticipate to be done by around 11:00 AM.
