Join Phoenix Shapers to bring in Earth Month by attending the next Hikes for Healing Event, dedicated to fostering mental well-being, forging connections, and restoring the natural beauty of hiking trails. On Saturday, April 27th, at 8:00 AM we invite you to join us at Dreamy Draw Recreation Area in North Central Phoenix.
Meet us at the Dready Draw Recreation Parking Lot and get ready to explore the area with our experienced guides. We will be doing a 3.9 loop trail on the Dreamy Draw Loop Trail. The terrain of the trail will be mostly rocky so bring proper footwear.
Once at the meeting spot and along the trails, we will engage in a collective effort to remove litter from the nature preserve and restore its pristine condition. Trash bags, buckets, gloves, and grabbers will be provided. Please bring your own water, and wear appropriate hiking attire and gear. Some supplies will be available on a limited basis such as sunscreen, Band-Aids, etc. Please note: Global Shapers Phoenix and City of Phoenix are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage sustained through this hike. We anticipate to be done by around 11:00 AM.
