Three hikes over three days. Give yourself something to brag about! Challenge yourself this summer with Get Outside’s Triple Crown. Gain physical fitness, make new friends, and explore new places. These hikes are not for the faint of heart, but for those looking to elevate their heart rate, get sweaty, work hard, and laugh at yourself while doing it! Let’s have an adventure!
At the completion of each hike you’ll receive a badge commemorating your accomplishment. Collect all three badges, gain some street cred, and show off to your friends!
Sign up for the series that works for your schedule. If space allows you can complete some of the hikes in a different series.
Itinerary:
This is a 3 day series. You will hike Ha Ling, EEOR, and Lady MacDonald. The general plan is:
8:30am: Meet at the trailhead
8:45am: Start hiking
3:30pm: Arrive back at your car
*A similar trail to Lady Mac Donald will be chosen if the trail remains closed
More specific information can be found on the website
Participants must provide:
- Transportation to the trailhead
What is Included:
- Instruction from an ACMG Guide
- Commemorative badge
- All safety equipment - bear spray, communication device, first aid kit
Level of Difficulty:
These hikes are hard and will challenge you physically and mentally. Expect to be hiking for 5-6hours.
