Join us for an exciting adventure at the Polallie Trailhead! Our knowledgeable ranger will guide you through the stunning aquatic ecosystems near Tamanawas Falls. Learn all about anadromous fish and their importance in Pacific Northwest rivers. This in-person event is a great opportunity to connect with nature and gain a deeper understanding of our local ecosystems. Don't miss out on this educational and fun experience!

We will meet at the Polallie Trailhead on OR-35. We will hike a 4.2-mile loop which includes the Elk Meadows Trail, Tamanawas Tie Trail, Tamanawas Falls Trail, and East Fork Trail. This hike is moderately challenging with approximately 1,000 feet of elevation gain. $5 Day Use Fee – Northwest Forest Passes and Interagency Passes are accepted.
