About this Event
February is Heart Month, and you’re invited to join us for a heart-healthy walk through the trails! With a special focus on Women’s Heart Health, you’re invited to take part in a co-ed community hike centered on awareness, prevention, and connection.
Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in women, yet many women are unaware of their risks or how differently symptoms can present. This event is designed to bring people together to move intentionally, enjoy nature, and encourage important conversations around heart health.
Whether you're a hiking pro or just want a chill day outside, this event is perfect for everyone. Bring your family, your friends, your energy, and your love for adventure. The hike will be guided by a designated hike lead, allowing participants to experience the trail at a comfortable, steady pace. While the hike itself is guided, the event is hosted by a cardiovascular disease survivor and organized in recognition of American Heart Month.
This is not a race. The focus is awareness, education, and community. Come join us!
