We’re excited to welcome the new season with a Fall Hike at Gilbert Hills State Forest! The air is crisp, the leaves are turning, and the trails are starting to burst with color—it’s the perfect time to get outside and soak up the magic of autumn.

⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
📍 Location: The big lot at 45 Mill St, Foxborough
This hike will take us along a scenic 2-mile trail where we’ll enjoy the golden light filtering through the trees, the crunch of leaves underfoot, and the vibrant colors that make fall so special.
🌬️ Enjoy Autumn’s Beauty:
Feel the cool breeze, take in the earthy scents of fall, and admire the forest’s fiery reds, oranges, and yellows. Hiking in September offers the best of both worlds—comfortable temps and stunning seasonal scenery.
👟 What to Bring:
Sturdy hiking shoes for uneven terrain.
A light jacket or layers to keep comfortable as temps change.
Optional trekking poles if you like extra stability.
🐾 Bring Your Furry Friends:
Dogs are welcome! Just keep them leashed for safety and courtesy to all hikers.
☕ Cozy Up with Coffee:
We’ll have complimentary hot coffee waiting before or after the hike to warm you up. Bring your own mug if you’d like!
