Ready for a little morning adventure? Join us as we explore one of Lincoln’s newest hidden gems — the Moshassuck River Preserve, a stunning 20-acre property now protected by The Nature Conservancy.
This 2.5-mile loop blends scenic beauty and a bit of challenge with an elevation gain of about 232 feet. You’ll wind through forests of towering hickories and oaks, past glacial boulders, meandering rivers, and quiet woodland streams — all part of what was once the Camp Conklin Boy Scout Camp.

Loop trail (Blue & Yellow)
Moderate to challenging terrain
A few steep sections — wear sturdy shoes with good grip!
🐾 Dogs are welcome (on leash)
🥾 Wear comfortable walking shoes
🍂 Bring water and dress in layers — the mornings are cool but beautiful!
