Alterpath is a duo made up of Sam Sanderson and Bai Sumeng based in Tasmania. Sam Sanderson started writing music in 2011 when he was 13. Inspired by the likes of Skrillex, Zomboy and Space Laces, he loved heavy dubstep and spent his first years learning sound design and music theory. Bai Sumeng joined the roster in 2020 when they bonded over their love for music and edm.
They've collectively been making music for 12 years, originally creating dubstep and now branching out into house, garage, UK grime, trap and latin based production. Alterpath leave no stone unturned in exploring sonic aesthetics to build up their repertoire.
HIJVCKD will take you hostage with his dance-inducing beats—everybody dances and nobody gets hurt. Officially trained as a pilot, the potentially ironic HIJVCKD has crafted a signature sound somewhere between bass/tech and garage. Expect flowing basslines and heavy drops for this dancefloor session.
HIJVCKD is fast making a name for himself in the electronic music scene - having crafted a signature sound that's a hybrid between house and garage, fusing the UK sound with modern house. You never know where the next stop may be but you can bet that the energy will be high and the bass face will be on.
