Hey Trouble Makers!
Join us for a 1hr HIIT style workout session designed to challenge and energize you! We will be just using dumbbells (if you want), your body, and good energy. The workout is dynamic, full-body, and beginner-friendly, with options to modify every move to your level.
After the session , we will some time to share a coffe and snacks! It’s not just a workout; it’s a opportunity to connect and move with purpose.
