Ready to level up your fitness and riding endurance? Join us for HIIT to FIT, a high-intensity training session designed for those looking to get back in shape, improve strength, and boost endurance—all while having fun on the trails!


This two-hour event combines low-impact, high-result exercises followed by an moderately paced endurance focused mountain bike ride through Blowing Springs.


What to Expect:


  • 30-45 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using kettlebells and bodyweight exercises to build strength, mobility, and injury resilience.
  • 90-minute mountain bike ride focused on endurance and controlled effort, applying the strength and stability gained from HIIT training.
  • Low-impact, high-results exercises—perfect for those overcoming injuries or wanting a smart approach to fitness.
  • Expert guidance from Joseph, a lifelong athlete who has battled injuries and developed a functional, joint-friendly training method to stay strong and active.


What to Bring:


  • A kettlebell (weight of your choice)
  • Water & hydration
  • An extra shirt (you're gonna sweat!)
  • Post-exercise meal or protein shake for recovery
  • A mountain bike, helmet, appropriate riding gear (e-bikes optional, but we recommend a traditional bike for maximum fitness benefits)
