Welcome to HIIT & Sip! Get ready to sweat it out at Senna House Scottdale for an energizing HIIT expereince with BODI that blends athletic movement, bodyweight exercises, mini bands and agility rings to bring our your inner athlete. After class, stay and relax at the pool deck with a refreshing drink. It's going to be a fun and energizing morning workout session followed by some well-deserved sipping and socializing. By purchasing this ticket, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a prerequisite to my participation in any event, activity, or gathering (“Event”) organized by Senna House Scottsdale.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that my participation in any wellness event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, transportation before, during, and after the event, food and beverage consumption, interactions with other attendees, and exposure to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. I assume all risks associated with my participation, including injury, illness, property loss, or damage.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Senna House, its founders, officers, members, affiliates, sponsors, event partners, and any associated personnel from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities that may arise from my participation in any Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

MEDICAL TREATMENT

I consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during a wellness event. I understand that Senna House does not provide medical insurance or coverage for participants and that I am responsible for my own medical expenses.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF HEALTH CONDITIONS

I confirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate in this wellness event. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have any concerns about my health or ability to participate in any Event activities.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Senna House permission to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken of me during Events for promotional, marketing, or other business-related purposes without compensation or further approval.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and voluntarily agree to its provisions. By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this agreement.
