Join us for an empowering, bootcamp-style class designed to strengthen both body and mind! Led by group fitness instructor Coach Sheka this class is split into two transformative phases:
· Phase 1: Cardio Blast
The first half is all about intensity, focusing on high-energy cardio exercises to elevate your heart rate and torch calories. Whether you’re sprinting, jumping, or moving to dynamic intervals, you’ll feel like a superhero powering up as you build stamina and burn through any limits.
· Phase 2: Recovery and Relaxation
The second half of the class is dedicated to a blend of yoga, breath-work, and meditation to bring your heart rate down, relax your muscles, and center your mind. This cooldown phase is crafted to enhance flexibility, focus, and overall recovery, leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced.

What to Wear and Bring for Your Class
For Fitness Classes:
- Please wear comfortable athletic attire and gym shoes.
- Important: In case of rain or snow, bring a second pair of clean shoes to change into for class.
For Yoga and Relaxation Classes:
- Wear comfortable, flexible clothing suitable for stretching and movement.
- Please bring:

- Yoga Strap
- Blanket for added comfort during relaxation and meditation.
