This 5-hour webinar is focused on CALGreen electric vehicle charging, the 2025 California Building Code (CBC), and the 2025 California Residential Code (CRC). This webinar provides a comprehensive overview of the approved changes to accessibility provisions within the Division of the State Architect’s (DSA) Chapter 11B, Housing and Community Development’s (HCD) Chapter 11A, and California Residential Code (CRC) Section 327. Additionally, CALGreen amendments for electric vehicle charging are included in the regulations for both residential and non-residential. This presentation also includes real-world examples of electric vehicle charging spaces on-site and in the public right-of-way. These amendments become effective on January 1, 2026.
